中文摘要: 研究和分析了近年来上海居民用电特征,强调应该将居民用电作为需求侧管理工作的重点.提出了节能、节电的有效途径,即实施需求侧管理措施,尤其突出对居民用电的合理引导,强调提升居民的集约化用电、节约用电意识,重点建立合理有效的居民电价体系、配套激励控制政策和推广节能专业机构等.

Abstract:The characteristics of Shanghai residents' electric consumption are analyzed.That the demand side management center should be included as an important job resident of electricity is emphasized.To promote energy conservation and emission reduction targets,the effective way is to implement demand side management measures for the residents' consumption of electricity,to emphasize reasonably intensive consumption consciousness,to establish the reasonable price system,and supporting system of positive incentive and control policy and professional institutions for energy-saving promotion.
