中文摘要: 结合一种新型隧道掘进机的研究与试验,选择系统的工作压力、流量、刀盘转速转角、刀盘扭矩及功率作为监控参数,由相应的传感器和工控机构成施工实时监控系统,并编制了监控软件.该系统实现了监测数据的实时采集与分析,对所设计的隧道掘进机的实验及性能分析具有重要作用.
Abstract:Based on the research and experiment of a new tunneling shield,the system work pressure,the system flux,the rotate speed and angle of the cutter body,the torque and the power are selected as monitoring parameters.Relevant sensors and industrial control computer are selected to build computer monitoring system,and the monitoring software is worked out.The system realizes real-time collection of the supervision data and is of great importance to the experiment and performance analysis of the design shield.
