中文摘要: 温室气体的排放主要是由发达国家产生的.目前发达国家温室气体减排履约的整体情况并不乐观,主要发达国家的排放量仍呈上升趋势.分析了世界主要国家开展温室气体减排的政策和技术措施,并结合我国能源使用结构的实际情况,提出了温室气体减排的思路与对策.
Abstract:Greenhouse gas emissions are mostly caused by the developed countries.The current situation of greenhouse gas reduction for the developed countries on the whole is not optimistic and the greenhouse gas emissions of some developed countries are continuously increasing.The paper summurizes and analyzes policies and measures of greenhouse gas reduction and emmission from developed countries.Some countermeasures for greenhouse gas reduction in China are put forward based on the real condition of energy structure of China.
