中文摘要: 分析了气化微油点火技术的原理及优越性,以及嘉兴电厂4#600 MW机组前后墙对冲燃烧锅炉微油点火控制系统的设计特点和运行方式,并对主要逻辑进行了修改,提高了微油点火系统的运行可靠性,有效减少了锅炉启动初期的污染物排放量.
Abstract:With global warming,energy supply shortage,the huge price difference between fuel oil and steam coal,tiny-oil ignition technologies are widely applied and comprehensively promoted in power stations.Based on its actual application to a 600 MW power set in Jiaxing Power Station Unit 4,which is equipped with an opposed firing boiler,this paper introduces the gasified tiny-oil ignition technology principle and its advantages.The characteristics of tiny-oil ignition technology,such as equipment system,control system design features,control logic adjustment,function implementation,and operating are comprehensively analyzed.The application of these measures improves the reliability and safety,and all these implementations provide a valuable reference for the same type of unit technical innovation.
