中文摘要: 提出了一种新的测试数据压缩编码方法,称之为块和游程混合编码。将测试集划分成块模式和游程模式,并分别进行编码.解压结构由一个控制器和一个哈夫曼解码器组成.对ISCAS89标准电路Mintest测试集的实验结果表明,该方法能够有效压缩测试数据,并且更优于Golomb码和FDR码的压缩效果.
Abstract:A new test data compression coding scheme is proposed that is called Block and Run Length Hybrid Coding(BRL).Test set is divided into two types that are block patterns and run length patterns,which are encoded respectively.Its decompression architecture consists of a control unit and a Huffman decoder.Experimental results for the Mintest test set of the ISCAS89 benchmark circuits show that the proposed method can efficiently compress test data and is superior to Golomb codes and FDR codes.
