中文摘要: 电压暂态扰动是影响电能质量的重要因素之一,对电力系统和用电设备均产生危害.提升小波可以在时域、频域表征信号的局部特征,具有发现突变信号、处理非平稳时变信号的能力.分别采用提升小波和傅里叶变换检测脉冲暂态和振荡暂态电压扰动的奇异点.仿真结果表明,与傅里叶变换相比,提升小波能有效检测暂态电压扰动的奇异点.

Abstract:Transient voltage disturbance is one of the most important factors which influence power quality in power system, and do harm to the power system and power equipment.Lifting wavelet is a useful method to analyze the abrupt signal because lifting wavelet can simultaneously show the local characteristic of time domain signal and frequency domain signal.Lifting wavelet and Fourier transform are used respectively to detect these two transient voltage disturbances such as impulse transient and oscillation transient.The simulation results show that lifting wavelet can accurately and effectively detect the singularities of transient voltage disturbances, but Fourier transform fails to detect these singularities.
