中文摘要: 核电机组和超超临界机组对水汽系统的水质要求很高,除了对一般机组的Na+,Cl-,SiO2含量提出要求外,还对水中SO42-含量有一定要求,原因在于SO42-会引起不锈钢、耐热合金钢和镍基金属的晶间应力腐蚀破裂.对硫酸根引起的腐蚀危害、控制标准,以及硫酸根的可能来源进行了分析.

Abstract:Nuclear power units and ultra-supercritical units have high demand for the water quality, besides the demand for the concentration of Na+, Cl- and SiO2 in ordinary units, and they also limit the concentration of SO42-, mainly because SO42- will cause the intergranular stress corrosion cracking of stainless steel, heat-resistant alloy steel and nickel-based metal.The corrosion damage caused by SO42-, the control standard and the possible sources of possible sources of SO42- are analyzed.
