中文摘要: 对掺铒有源波导环形腔传感特性进行了理论分析和数值模拟.模拟了掺铒有源环形腔结构参数、泵浦光功率和铒离子浓度对Q值的影响,结果发现,增加波导横截面面积和直波导与环的最小间距、泵浦光功率,减小环形腔的半径和铒离子的掺杂浓度等有利于增加有源波导环形腔传感器的Q值,进而提高有源环形器传感的灵敏度.

Abstract:The theory of Er+ doped active waveguide ring resonator sensor and numerical simulation are analyzed.The influence of ring resonator's parameter, pump light power and Er+ concentration on Q value is simulated.It is found that by increasing waveguide area, the coupling distance d, pumping power, decreasing ring resonator radius R and Er+ concentration can increase active waveguide ring resonator Q value and thus its sensitivity is enhanced.
