中文摘要: 将学习型组织理论与企业培训相结合,从培训指导原则、环境保障、体系构成和激励机制等方面进行创新,构建出电力企业培训的新体系.这对在市场经济条件下电力企业人力资源培训工作具有重要的现实意义,对电力企业实现可持续性发展具有深远的战略意义.
Abstract:The learning-type organizational theory is combined with the corporation training.A new trainning system is proposed for power enterprises from the innovation of training principles, enviromental protection, system formation and promoting mechanism, which estabishes the new system of electric corporation training.It has very important realistic meaning for the human resource training task of the power enterprise in market economy.Moreover, it has far-reaching strategic significance for the realization of power enterprises' sustainable developement.
