中文摘要: 以上海地区某宾馆建筑为研究对象,为降低能耗拟对建筑围护结构进行改造,有外墙加保温层、屋顶加保温层和外窗贴隔热膜3种改造方案.利用建筑能耗模拟软件对原有建筑及3种改造方案实施后的建筑进行了全年空调能耗模拟,并给出了经济性分析,由分析结果可以看出,采用外窗节能改造方案的经济性最好.
Abstract:With the energy-saving retrofit of a hotel located in Shanghai as the object of the study,three ways are proposed in which building envelope is reconstructed to reduce energy consumption:external insulation of exterior wall,external insulation of roof and retrofit of exterior window.Annual air-conditioning energy consumption is simulated before and after the retrofit by building simulation software,and is analyzed in terms of cost.The analysis result shows retrofit of exterior window is most economical.
