中文摘要: 电力工程项目的招标决策是一个复杂的过程,其操作过程受多种因素影响,具有随机性和模糊性.在分析电力工程项目招投标特点的基础上,将模糊熵值引入综合评标法中,建立起多因素、多目标的综合评价模型,从而为招标单位更客观、准确地选择理想的承包商奠定了基础.通过实际工程项目的应用分析,验证了该方法的科学性、合理性及实用性.
Abstract:Power project bidding decision-making is a complicated process,and its operation is affected by a number of factors because of the randomness and fuzziness.The fuzzy entropy into the comprehensive evaluation method is introduced on the basis of characteristics of the power project bidding,to build the comprehensive evaluation model about multi-objective and more factors,so as to set up the foundation for a more objective and accurate selection of the ideal contractor.Through the actual application of the project analysis,the science,rationality and practical value of the method are verified.
