Abstract:IEC61850 protocol-based standard of digital substation has advantage so feconomy and technical safety and reliability,but hightech-products research and development of equipment,technical standards and testing technologies of electric network have yet to be developed and regulated,requiring the government to give support to related areas and offer policy guidance.
