中文摘要: 为提高循环流化床旋风分离器的分离效率,采用计算流体力学CFD软件,采用相间耦合随机轨道模型,在拉格朗日坐标下对不同粒径颗粒进入旋风分离器的运动进行了数值模拟研究,同时也模拟了颗粒在不同进口位置对循环流化床旋风分离器分离效率的影响,并与试验结果进行了比较.
Abstract:To improve the separation efficiency of cyclonic separator,computational fluid dynamics CFD software and phase coupling stochastic model are used in the Lagrange Coordinates in the numerical simulation of the movement of particles of different sizes,while imports of particles in different positions on the circulating fluidized bed separation efficiency of cyclone are simulated,and comparison with experimental results is made
