中文摘要: 针对2011年以来甘肃酒泉风电基地数起大规模风电脱网事故,从电缆头故障、风机低电压穿越能力和动态无功补偿等方面探究其原因,并提出了具体应对措施,以提高电网的安全稳定性.
Abstract:In terms of the increasing number of accidents of large wind power turbines taking off electric grid since the beginning of 2011,the cause is analyzed from cable terminal malfunction,the ability of low voltage ride through by the wind turbine and the dynamic reactive compensation device,and some concrete measures are put forvard to improve the safety of the power grid stability.
