中文摘要: 介绍了常用的24C系列串行EEPROM所具备的特点,给出了在随机语音录制系统中串行EEPROM(24C64)与单片机AT89S51的接口方法,着重分析了如何根据I2C总线所要求的操作时序应用串行EEPROM.以单字节读写操作为例,实现了单片机对串行EEPROM的读写操作.
Abstract:The characteristics of common 24C 2-wire serial EEPROM are introduced.The interface methods between serial EEPROM(24C64) and AT89S51 single chip Microcomputer within voice recording /playback system are given,and how to use serial EEPROM according to the operating time required by the I2C bus is emphatically analyzed.Finally using the single-byte read/write operating as an example,the operating time of serial EEPROM is realized by single chip microcomputer.
