中文摘要: 在A级检修中对某发电厂1#机组汽轮机通流部分汽封进行部分完善改造.在600 MW超临界机组过桥汽封中采用蜂窝汽封技术,利用汽封间隙调整装置进行小背弧修刮调整.改造实验和运行结果表明,过桥汽封漏汽率大幅下降,经济效益明显.
Abstract:This turbine flow section of the gland of Unit 1 of a certain power plant is partially improvd in the transformation process. The cellular gland technique is adopted in the 600 MW supercritical unit gland steam seal,and gland seal gap adjustment device is used. The retrofit experiment and the operation result show that the gland steam leakage rate drops significantly, realizing considerable economic gains.
