中文摘要: 运用PSASP电力系统分析综合程序,分析了水轮机及其调速器特性对孤立电网动态频率特性的影响,得到了水轮发电机转子惯性时间常数、测量环节放大倍数、水流惯性时间常数,以及有无水锤效应对孤立电网的暂态最大频率偏差影响较大的结论,以期为孤立电网采取合适的频率控制策略提供依据.
Abstract:The influence of hydro-turbine and its governor on the frequency characteristics of an isolated grid is simulated by means of PSASP ( the Power System Analysis Software Package).It is concluded that the influence of the rotor inertia of hydro-turbine and generator,magnification of measuring link,water inertia time constant,and whether there is water hammer effect has great influence on the transient maximum frequency deviation of isolated grid,upon which the suitable frequency control strategy studies can be performed.
