中文摘要: 分析了1 000 MW级THDF125/67型发电机大端盖的结构特点、检修工艺等,指出大端盖安装工艺不合理是造成漏氢的主要原因。通过调整、优化安装工艺,成功地消除了漏氢缺陷,提高了发电机运行的可靠性和安全性。
Abstract:The structure characteristics and repairing techniques of the end cover of 1 000 MW Generator of type: THDF125/67 are analyzed.The main cause lying in the unreasonable installation technique is presented.Through the adjustment optimization on the installation technique,the Hydrogen leakage problems are successfully treated,enhancing the stability and security of the generator system.
