中文摘要: 介绍了一种基于PIC16F716的数字调压器,其斩波主电路采用全控器件IGBT来实现,并利用PSPICE软件进行仿真分析.根据主电路的结构,设计了基于PIC16F716的控制电路、驱动电路模块,并制作和试验了该调压器.试验结果表明,该调压器不仅改善了输入、输出特性,而且能够根据用户需要和负载情况对电源实现智能化管理.
Abstract:Based on the principle of AC chopper,a new digital AC voltage regulating generator is designed by PIC16F716. the IGBT devices are used in the main AC chopper circuit,and the feasibility of circuit is analyzed by PSPICE software. The control circuit of PIC16F716 and drive circuit of IGBT are also described. Finally,the AC voltage regulating generator is developed and tested. From the testing results,it can be seen that the AC voltage regulating generator not only has excellent performance of input current and output voltage,but also can control the supply according to the demand of user and loads smartly.
