中文摘要: 分析了电力行业的特点,介绍了在电力企业中开展员工职业生涯管理的背景,结合电力企业员工职业生涯管理体系的创建过程,对其在电力企业中的实践和成效进行了探讨和分析,有针对性地提出了一些改善的建议,为提升我国电力企业的职业生涯管理及人力资源管理水平提供参考.
Abstract:The characteristics of power industry are introduced in the power enterprise employee occupation career management background,combined with electric power enterprise employee occupation career management system creation process,the electric power enterprises in the practice and result are discussed and analyzed. Some suggestions and countermeasures to exalt the level of career management and human resource management of electric power enterprises finally are affected.
