中文摘要: 某1000MW机组直流锅炉启动系统中的炉水循环泵在运行中常出现电机腔室温升异常而跳闸的事故,严重影响了机组的安全性.通过对炉水循环泵的运行状况和实测数据的分析,认为腔室内污物的聚积是问题的根本原因,并提出了运行监督、维护和结构改造方面的改进措施.
Abstract:The abnormal temperature rise of motor chamber of the water circulating pump in 1000 M W unit often occurs in operation, and the trip of the pump occurs consequen tly.Therefore,the safety of the unit is affected. So this problem must be analyzed an d some measures must be put forward.After detailed analysis of this problem with th e operation status and actual observation record of the water circulating pump, the d irt deposited in the motor chamber is the ultlnlate cause.Meanwhile the improvemen t measures about operation supervision and structural system of th e water circulating pump are proposed.
