中文摘要: 研究了加酸处理对不锈钢/冷却水系统水质稳定剂阻垢缓蚀性能的影响.结果表明,某电厂提供的循环冷却水原水对304不锈钢没有侵蚀性,但在原水浓缩过程中,侵蚀性增大,浓缩至2倍就出现点蚀趋势,且结垢现象严重.

Abstract:The influence of acid feeding treatment on the anti-scale and anti-corrosion perform?ance of water stabilizer in stainless steel/cooling water system is investigated. The results show that the raw water of a certain power plant is not aggressive to 304 stainless steel. But as the evapo?ration by heating leads to the accumulation of ions,if the concentration ratio is doubled,the pitting trend appears on the steel and the water scaling secomes serious.
