中文摘要: 采用溶胶-凝胶法在镀锡钢表面构建硅烷偶联剂KH-570改性TiO2薄膜.运用SEM,极化曲线,交流阻抗谱,紫外加速老化实验等方法,考察用不同量的KH-570对TiO2薄膜性能进行改变的过程.结果表明,当KH-570与Ti(OBu)4的体积比为1:1时,得到的改性TiO2薄膜表面更致密,具有最佳的防护特性和抗紫外老化的性能.

Abstract:Ti02 films modified with silane coupling reagent KH-570 are supplied on the surface of tinplate by a sol-gel method. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),polarization measurements,elec?trochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and UV accelerated aging tests are used to evaluate the change in the properties of Ti02 films modified with different amount of KH-570. The results show that the modified Ti02 films with more compact surface are able to act as an optimal barrier layer to the metallic substrates and ultraviolet aging when the volume ratio of KH-570 to Ti(OBu)4 is 1-1.
