中文摘要: 在WFGD条件下对二水硫酸钙晶体特性的影响进行了实验研究,结果表明:pH值为3.5~6.5时,随着pH值的增大,二水硫酸钙结晶诱导时间略呈滞后趋势,但总体变化不大.实验选择的搅拌速度为300r/min.正交试验表明:各因素对石膏结晶成核诱导时间的影响显著性排序为:温度>钙离子浓度>铝离子浓度>搅拌强度>铁离子浓度>镁离子浓度>pH.
Abstract:The characteristics of gypsum crystallization in wet flue gas desulphurization are re?searched in experimental methods in WFGD. The result can be concluded that in the range of pH 3.5 to 6.5,the induction time of crystallization of calcium sulfate dehydrate is slightly retarded as the pH increase. The stirring speed of 300 r/min is appropriately selected. Orthogonal test shows that the significant ordering of various factors on Gypsum crystals induction time of nucleation is : temperature > Ca2+> Al3+ > stirring intensity > Fe3+ > Mg2+ >pH.
