中文摘要: 结合海上风电场的运行环境及天气条件,将运行维护策略作为计算可靠性的重要因素,提出了海上风电场可靠性参数修正的模型及方法.以运行中的中国某海上风电场为例,说明了海上天气条件及运行维护策略对海上风电场可靠性参数的影响,并证明了该修正计算方法的必要性和有效性.
Abstract:A method to modify the reliability parameters of offshore wind farm is presented with respect to the weather condition and OM aspects at a particular spot.An example of a certain offshore wind power plant in operation in China based on real data is used to demonstrate the value of the proposed approach.In this example,it is shown that weather condition in that location affects the performance of offshore wind turbines,as well as the practicing of operation and maintenance strategies,and the wind turbine availability ultimately.
