Abstract:Anti-misoperation device as protection measures plays an important role in preventing electric misoperation in substations.But in view of Convergence and Cooperation situation of the current KYN28A-12 type of reset counter with capacitors "five-prevention",there is a complex repetitive operations and cannot be achieved in many issues,such as preventing manual operation to close the breaker with a ground wire and remote operation to close the breaker mandatory locking etc.Starting with the current situation of convergence of KYN28A-12 type reset counter with capacitors "five-prevention",this study analyzes the problems and proposes targeted measures for improvement.
