Abstract:The problems of the traditional way of filling out the command ticket existing in the regulation and control integration patterns are analyzed by using the ORACLE database technology and the visual programming language.A set of invoicing system at the county level scheduling is introduced.Besides,a four-layer structure,the technical principles and the system characteristics of the B/S are elaborated.
