中文摘要: 以B10铜镍合金作为海上风力发电机集中冷却系统的管道材料,采用含少量无水硫酸钠、氯化钠、碳酸氢钠的乙二醇水溶液作为模拟冷却液,通过电化学方法研究了B10铜镍合金在模拟冷却液中的腐蚀行为,考察了HJ-20-2气相缓蚀剂和苯甲酸钠复配对B10铜镍合金的缓蚀作用。结果表明,两者的复配使用对B10铜镍合金具有较好的保护作用,缓蚀效率最高可达83。23%。
Abstract:B10 copper-nickel alloy is chosen as pipe materials in the cooling system of the offshore wind turbine. Ethylene glycol aqueous solution containing a little anhydrous sodium sulfate, sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate is used as simulated cooling fluid. B10 copper-nickel alloy corrosion behavior in the simulated cooling fluid is studied by electrochemical measurements. The combination of HJ-20-2 volatile corrosion inhibitor and the sodium benzoate is developed for controlling the corrosion of the B10 copper-nickel alloy pipe. It is shown that the best inhibition efficiency is 83. 23% by using 0. 05 g /L HJ-20-2 and 0. 4 M sodium benzoate.
