中文摘要: 选用60 g/L的活性艳红作为着色剂,4 mg/L的十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为表面活性剂配制新型水基探伤剂,可达到3级探伤灵敏度.分别采用毛细管爬高、金属板延展、驱赶平衡圈直径和扩延直径等指标对其性能进行研究,并与市售DPT-8型探伤剂进行比较,结果表明,所配制的水基探伤剂具有优良的应用特性,可满足金属部件表面探伤的要求.
Abstract:A novel water-based dye penetration inspect agent is developed by using 60 g /L reactive brilliant red dye and 4 mg /L sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS),which can reach level 3 detection sensitivity. The property of the novel water-based dye penetration inspection agent is compared with the commercial DPT-8 penetration inspection agent by means of the capillary action,the diffusion on the metal,the driven diameter and the diffusion diameter. It is shown that a novel water-based dye penetration inspection agent has good performance for the application for the defect detection of the metal workpiece.
