中文摘要: 由于人眼对失真的灵敏度与视频帧图像的运动剧烈程度有关,在计算整个视频序列质量时,根据各帧图像的活动性强度为其权重赋予不同的权值.考虑到大部分的视频质量评价方法只局限于评估视频的空域失真而忽略了其时域失真,提出了基于空时域失真测度的视频质量评价方法.实验结果表明,本算法相比常用的4种视频质量评价算法具有更好的评价性能.
Abstract:Since the sensitivity of the human eye to the distortions in the video is associated with the movement activity of the frame image,the weight of each frame image is assigned according to its activity intensity when calculating the overall quality of the entire video sequence.The majority of the existing video quality assessment(VQA)methods only considers the spatial distortions of the video sequence but ignores its temporal distortions.A VQA based on spatial-temporal distortion measurement is proposed.Experiment results show that the proposed method outperforms several common VQA methods.
