中文摘要: 在分析国内外智能用电技术发展现状的基础上,构建了一种面向家庭的新型智能用电体系框架,主要由智能电表、智能互动终端、智能插座、家庭局域网络等构成;可支持分布式电源、电动汽车充电桩等系统或设备的灵活接入,具有计量、综合能耗监测、家用电器智能控制以及与用户的双向互动等功能.介绍了一款基于CS5460电能计量芯片的单相复费率智能双向电表的硬件和软件开发.实际测试结果表明,智能电表具备0.5%以上的计量精度,且可实时地与智能互动终端双向互动.
Abstract:Based on the analysis of the state-of-art of the smart power utilization, a novel system framework of the smart power utilization system is set up that consists of smart meters, smart interaction terminal, smart plugs and the Home Area Network(HAN). The proposed framework allows the flexible plug-in of the distributed generators and electric vehicle chargers, and can have the functions of power metering, comprehensive energy monitoring, intelligent control of household appliances and the bidirectional interaction with customers. The design of hardware and software of a kind of single-phase multi-tariff smart two-way meter based on CS5460 chip is also introduced. Test results prove that the designed smart meter has the accuracy of less than 0. 5% and is capable of bidirectionally communicating with the smart interactive terminal in real-time.
