中文摘要: 讨论了火电厂原地改建工程项目采用委托专业项目管理公司管理的方式和火电厂业主方自行管理的利弊.对业主项目负责人的职责、领导能力、沟通能力与团队管理能力进行了分析.同时提出了业主项目负责人的培养方法.通过吴泾热电厂改建项目的管理,证明了火电厂原地改建项目中实行业主自行管理的方式更为有利.
Abstract:The pros and cons of thermal power plants site conversion works by commissioning project management company professional manner or the owners to manage themselves. And the project manager's duties, leadership skills, communication skills and team management skills are discussed in detail. Also a method of training those in charge of the project is proposed. By the renovation of Wujing Thermoelectric, it is concluded that owner management of the site thermal power plant renovation project is a better way.
