中文摘要: 针对电力电缆中间接头容易热损耗进而造成事故的问题,研究了导致中间接头发热的原因.根据中间接头的结构,构建了一种新的有限元分析ANSYS仿真模型,通过对模型施加相应的热载荷,得到了在不同的电缆接触面接触压力下及不同电缆电流下的温度场分布.仿真结果表明,电缆接头温度与电缆接头中两侧铜缆芯的接触压力成反比,与电缆中电流大小成正比.
Abstract:For the problem of the power cable intermediate joints having accessibility of thermal loss and then causing the accident, the causes of the intermediate joints fever are studied.According to the structure of the intermediate joints, a new finite element analysis ANSYS simulation model is constructed.By applying the corresponding thermal load to the model, the temperature field distribution in the cases of different cables interface contact pressure and different cable current are obtained.The simulation results show that, the temperature of the cable intermediate joints is inversely proportional to the contact pressure, and proportional to the size of the cable current.
