中文摘要: 通过建立DEA模型分析了我国近12年的电能利用效率情况,结果表明,我国在电能利用上基本实现了资源的优化配置.对比了17个国家2012年的电能利用效率,结果显示,电能利用效率基本与国家的发展程度呈正相关.最后提出了加快产业结构调整、实现各区域协调合作和优化资源配置的电能利用方向.
Abstract:By establishing DEA model, the efficiency of energy use for about 12 years in China is analyzed.The experimental results show that energy use in China has achieved the optimal allocation of resources and the effect of a large output from a small investment.Meanwhile, electric energy efficiency of 17 countries in 2012 is also analyzed.It is showed that energy efficiency has a positive correlation with the degree of development of the country.Based on the analysis, it is proposed to accelerate China's industrial restructuring, to achieve regional cooperation and optimize the allocation of resources, to emphasize renewable energy use.
