中文摘要: 提出了一种针对磁性材料的三维电磁建模技术,可用于计算低频磁场下铁磁板的屏蔽效能.首先,对包含磁性材料的线-板结构建立部分元等效电路(PEEC)模型,并针对具有几何对称特征的板结构,给出了改进的PEEC模型.然后,根据电磁分量在各对称/反对称分块的分布特性,将各分块之间的电磁耦合进行合并.该方法已被用于估算铁磁屏蔽板上的涡电流及其周围空间的磁场,将所得结果与基于边界元法的商用软件进行了对比,结果与参考值较符合,且效率提高了4倍.
Abstract:A low-frequency 3D electromagnetic modeling technique is presented for ferromagnetic plates used in magnetic shielding. A partial equivalent electrical circuit(PEEC)model is established first for a structure made of wires and plates which involves magnetic material. A modified model is then presented for symmetric plate structures. With the known symmetrical pattern of electromagnetic parameters,mutual coupling among symmetric or antisymmetrical parts of the structure can be combined. The proposed method has been applied to evaluate the eddy-current in the ferromagnetic plate and the magnetic field around the plate. The results are compared with that of the boundary element method,a good agreement with the reference value is observed and the efficiency is improved by 4 times.
