中文摘要: 对国产引进型630 MW汽轮机低压缸排汽通道进行优化,以降低排汽压力、提高机组运行的经济性.在凝汽器喉部加装导流装置,使其排汽流场趋于合理,凝汽器换热管的热负荷更均匀.实际运行和试验证明,排汽压力降低0.3 kPa以上,功率相应增加了0.18%,排汽通道优化取得显著效益.
Abstract:The optimization is carried out on imported type 630 MW steam turbine low-pressure cylinder exhaust channel to reduce exhaust steam pressure and improve the running efficiency.In the condenser throat with flow equilib rating device, making its exhaust steam flow field tend to be more reasonable, the heat load of the condenser heat exchange tube is more even.Practical operation and test show that the exhaust steam pressure has lowered more than 0.3 kPa, the corresponding output power has increased 0.18%, and the optimization retrofit of exhaust steam passage has achieved significant results.
