中文摘要: 通过对常规停炉冷却方式及保养方案的分析研究,总结其在大容量高参数锅炉上应用的不足,采用滑参数停炉冷却及真空干燥法完成1 000 MW超超临界锅炉的大小停炉检修保养工作.该方法操作简单,从多次的停炉割管检查情况来看效果很好,具有较强的推广性.
Abstract:Through the analysis and research of maintenance during outage,its application in large capacity and high parameter boiler's shortcomings are summarized.It is showed that the application of vacuum drying method to complete the maintenance of 1 000 MW USC boiler is simple and effective.
