中文摘要: 以美国工艺管道标准ASME B31.3—2012为设计依据,进行了管道的壁厚设计和应力校核.同时,采用Caesar Ⅱ对600 MW汽轮机的中低压缸输气管道建立模型,考察不同曲率的弯管和三通管道对管道应力的影响,并设置相应的边界条件,进一步对管道的安装工况和使用工况进行静态应力分析.

Abstract:The process piping standard ASME B31.3-2012 is adopted as a design basis.The steam turbine of gas pipeline of 600 MW is modeled through Caesar Ⅱ.Moreover,the corresponding boundary conditions are set and different curvature of elbow and tee pipe are established.The static stresses of installation condition and use condition of pipelines are analyzed.
