中文摘要: 印染废水以其成分复杂、色度深、水质变化大、可生化性差等特点成为较难处理的污废水之一.采用电芬顿-铁氧化-H2O2法对实验室配制印染废水进行了处理试验.实验结果表明,当反应参数(反应电压、催化剂的投加量、pH值、光照强度等)不同时,其对反应的影响程度也不相同.当Na2SO4用量为2.5 g,反应电压为15 V,反应时间为120 min,pH值为2.5,电极面积为9.5 cm2,电极板间距为6.5 cm,且给予光照条件时,电芬顿达到最优条件.电芬顿降解亚甲基蓝模拟印染废水的过程符合一级动力学模型.
Abstract:The printing and dyeing wastewater is a kind of the sewage water difficult to deal with because of its characteristics of complex composition,color depth,large variation of water quality and poor biodegradability.The method of Electric Fenton-iron oxidation-H2O2 is used.From the study,it is showed that when the reaction parameters (reaction voltage,catalyst dosage,pH value,light intensity and so on) changes,the degree of influence on the reaction is not invariant.When Na2SO4 is 2.5 g,reaction voltage is 15 V,reaction time is 120 min,pH is 2.5,electrode area is 9.5 cm2,electrode plate spacing is 6.5 cm,and the printing and dyeing wastewater is in the illumination conditions,showing the best removal efficiency.Degradation of printing and dyeing wastewater by electric Fenton complies well with the first-order kinetics model.
