中文摘要: 通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了碳气凝胶,用浸渍法合成锰基高温脱硫剂.利用N2吸附/脱附(BET)、扫描电镜(FESEM)的分析手段对脱硫剂进行物相和微观结构的表征,并在固定床反应器中考察了硫化温度、载体、气体组分对其脱硫性能的影响.结果表明,最佳硫化反应温度为850 ℃;脱硫剂在H2条件下硫容大大降低,在CO条件下脱硫剂硫容无明显变化.
Abstract:The carbon aerogel is made by sol-gel method and the impregnation method is used to synthesize desulfurizer.The desulfurizer is characterized by means of N2 adsorption/desorption(BET),field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).The optimum temperature conditions and the influence of textural parameters of carbon aerogels are explored.The results show that the best reaction temperature is 850 ℃;the sulfur capacity greatly reduces under H2 conditions,and in the CO condition the desulfurizer sulfur content does not change very much.
