中文摘要: 为改善传统设备监控手段,对移动增强现实技术进行了研究,并应用于处于运行状态的核电系统.通过工业通讯接口将现场生产数据存储到网络数据库中,当可移动终端摄像头检测并识别到标识图案(Marker)时,借助无线网络通讯技术从服务器返回设备生产数据,经后台控制程序模拟虚拟场景中的设备工况和工质状态,可以实现设备仿真、场景漫游、工况再现,以及生产过程报警和设备控制反馈.对蒸汽发生器的液位测试结果表明,移动增强现实技术在工业领域有很好的应用意义.
Abstract:Mobile augmented reality technology is studied and applied for running nuclear power systems so that equipment monitoring can be improved.Field data are stored into network database via industrial communication interface and reflected on the mobile devices when the marks are detected by the mobile cameras.By modifying the working media of the virtual equipment in the mobile devices according to the real-time data,visual virtual status of the working status are reproduced.Furthermore the alarms and control feedback can also acquire.The level test of steam generator shows that mobile augmented reality technology in the industry is applicable.
