中文摘要: 腐蚀是湿法脱硫(WFGD)烟气系统中较突出的问题,材料选择至关重要.ND钢和不锈钢316L耐蚀性能的强弱是电力行业的一个困惑,文献的结论互相矛盾.调查、分析了实际湿法脱硫烟气系统的腐蚀环境条件和不同文献的试验研究条件,对产生不同结论的主要原因作了初步探讨.用实际烟气系统冷凝液对316L不锈钢、ND钢和20钢进行浸泡腐蚀试验,结果表明,316L不锈钢的耐蚀性能明显强于ND钢和20钢.
Abstract:The corrosion is a prominent problem in wet flue gas desulphurization (WFGD) system and material selection is very important.Whether corrosion resistance of ND steel is stronger than 316L stainless steel is a confusing problem and literature conclusions contradict each other in the power industry.By investigating and analyzing the conditions in the actual corrosion environment of WFGD system and the test conditions of different literature,the main reason of the different conclusions is studied preliminarily.The corrosion resistance of 316L is better than the ND steel and 20 steel according to the immersion corrosion test in actual flue gas condensation in general.
