中文摘要: 研究了智能电网中储能技术提供的负荷跟踪服务,结合储能设备提供服务时充放电电量服从Laplace分布的特征,给出了储能充放电模型,并基于非序贯Monte Carlo方法给出了提供负荷跟踪服务的价值评估方法.
Abstract:The energy storage technology in the smart grid to provide load tracking service is studied in combination with energy storage devices which provide service charge and discharge power to obey the Laplace distribution characteristics,energy storage charge.A discharge model is given based on the basis of the sequential Monte Carlo method with load value assessment method of tracking service.
