中文摘要: 中性点接地是一个涉及城市电网各个方面的综合性问题,不同的接地方式对电网的运行、安全及可靠性产生不同的影响.城市电网在不同的发展阶段需要对接地方式进行重新评估和优化.通过国内外各种不同接地方式的比较分析,选取西宁城市电网作为研究对象,提出了一种适合于城市电网中性点接地方式的选择方法.
Abstract:Neutral grounding is a comprehensive issue to the city grid.Different methods have different impacts on the operation,security and reliability of network.Evaluation and optimization of neutral treatment is needed in the different development stage of city grid.After comparison of relevant neutral earthing methods and their application worldwide,current earth fault levels and practices for Xining networks are analyzed,and the preliminary selection method is presented.
