中文摘要: 分布式电源的应用会影响配电网中馈线的电压分布,同时也会影响并网点功率因数,导致用户考核用功率因数降低.分析了分布式电源并网影响馈线电压分布的原因,讨论了当前我国实行的按功率因数调整电费在有分布式电源的馈线上应用可能产生的问题,以期为我国适时修订按功率因数调整电费方式提供依据.
Abstract:The application of distributed generation (DG) changes the voltage profile on feeders and decreases power factors of users of DG owners.Firstly,the cause of the voltage profile affection and power factor affection by the DG is analyzed.Then,the issues of the adverse effects on the feeder voltage profile and electricity cost of users of DG owners caused by the electricity tariffs levied upon the user power factors is shown by simulated case study.The conclusion may be of reference value for the revision of the electricity tariff policy.
