中文摘要: 分析了主动配电网扩展规划的多阶段规划思想,提出了主动配电网多阶段扩展规划的二阶锥规划模型.模型以规划期内配电网社会总成本综合费用最小为目标函数,约束条件中除了考虑传统的设备建设安装约束、网络运行安全约束、主动管理约束外,还增加了阶段与阶段之间建设方案的约束.通过Portugal 54节点系统的算例分析和计算结果,验证了长期乃至远景电网发展规划宜采用多阶段规划.这样不仅可以保证各阶段规划方案满足负荷增长需求,而且可以大幅降低系统中的规划费用,提高规划方案的经济性.
Abstract:The outline of active distribution network (ADN) multistage planning is analyzed.The second order cone programming model of ADN multistage planning is proposed.The model minimizes total social cost of the distribution system during the planning stage,subject to the traditional equipment installation constraints,network operation security constraints,active management constraints and construction scheme cooperative constraints between different planning stages.The proposed model is testified with the analysis and calculation result of the Portugal 54 application example.The long-period and far-seeing distribution network planning should use the multistage planning method,which can not only ensure that the planning schemes of different stages can fulfill the load increases,but also improve the economy of the planning scheme.
