中文摘要: 在研究D5000系统平台功能的基础上,阐述了电网事故预案编制体系,同时进一步设计和开发了一套基于D5000系统平台的电网事故预案推演系统,来保证事故处理的正常进行和安全校验。电网事故预案推演系统已在安庆调控中心上线使用,使用情况表明,该系统提高了安庆电网的调度水平,为其可靠、安全和经济运行提供了保障。
Abstract:The research and development of a system based on the power grid safety accident plan deduction system based on D5000 platform can guarantee the normal safety check and accident treatment.The power grid accident plan detection system has already been used in the on-line adjustment and control center of Anqing,and its performance shows that the system can improve the level of Anqing power grid scheduling,security and reliability,safety and economic operation.
