中文摘要: 应用FLUENT软件对地下变压器模型和蒸发换热器模型的温度场和流场进行模拟与分析。通过对比不同数量冷却管时流场和温度场的情况,得出了如下结论:相同的工况下,冷却管数量多的蒸发换热器散热效果更佳;在变压器铁芯绕组表面,以及变压器与蒸发换热器接口处,变压器油的流动速度最快。
Abstract:The temperature field and flow field of underground transformer model and evaporative heat exchanger model are simulated and analyzed with fluent software.The flow field and temperature field are compared in terms of different quantities of cooling tubes.It is concluded that the number of cooling tubes is in proportion to the heat dissipation capacity in the same working condition.In addition,the flow velocity of transformer oil flow is fastest in the surface of transformer core winding,interface of transformer and evaporative heat exchanger.
