中文摘要: 我国农村电力系统普遍存在三相不平衡问题。构建了一套基于台区管理终端的分散式换相控制系统,并在智能开关和控制系统研发的基础上,开展了农村典型电力系统三相不平衡治理系统的试运行。运行结果表明,该系统运行可靠,可以使三相不平衡度从现有的60%~80%降低至20%~30%。
Abstract:The three-phase unbalanced problems existing in rural electric power system in China and the limitations of existing solutions are briefly analyzed,and a decentralized commutation control system based on the platform management is put forward.The trial operation of three-phase unbalanced control system for rural power system is carried out based on the development of smart switch and control system.The obtained results from trial operation indicate that the system operation is reliable,and can reduce the three-phase unbalance factor from current 60%~80% to 20%~30%,which builds a solid foundation for the later large-scale application.
