中文摘要: 介绍了宝钢电厂3#机组开展低温烟气脱硝、脱汞试验的研究背景。分析了低温脱硝催化剂和汞吸附剂在现场复杂工况下的试验过程。试验结果表明:低温脱硝催化剂在短期内脱硝效率可达到66%;在喷射不同比例的汞吸附剂后,脱汞效率最高可达91.5%。
Abstract:The research background of low temperature flue gas denitrification and mercury removal test for Unit 3 of Baosteel Power Plant is introduced.The test process of low temperature denitrification catalyst and mercury adsorbent under complex operating conditions is analyzed.The results show that the effect of low temperature denitrification catalyst in the short term is 66%.The experiment result shows that the maximum mercury removal effect is above 90% after spraying different proportions of mercury adsorbents,which provide basic data for the development of mercury removal in the future.
